Bad quality product

I bought 15 pieces from KFC Hout Bay on *Monday 01/09/2026 around 19:30* for +-R250

The chicken was raw and undercooked inside - pale meat and very oily, soggy coating. Not safe to eat and not the quality I paid for. I have photos as proof.

We ate the meal because we had paid for it and it was meant for supper, but we are now concerned about our health.

Namhla from Hout Bay store contacted me on WhatsApp and when we went to the store, Namhla and Nkosinathi asked for the meat as proof. The meal was bought on Monday night and had already been eaten, so I could not bring it back. My nephew also lost the slip.

You can verify my purchase on CCTV / till records for Monday 01/09/2026 after 19:30

I would still like the quality I paid for - either a refund or a replacement of 15 pieces properly cooked.
