KFC HIGH STREET WORCESTER IS PATHETIC

So me and my kids went to KFC high street, worcester 29 May 2024 so before ten the evening, we got there the intercom werent working we were in that in the drive thru for almost an hour mind you i got a pee while in the line and went inside couldnt hold in walked in and the lady was so rude telling me cant i see the floors are wet i asked her how am i suppose to hold it in?? She was so rude and shut the door on her way out when i got out she again shut the door on her way in, then i went to the car and waited after an hour they started writing our orders on a piece of paper apparently they are waiting for chicken again almost an hour of waiting we got to the pick up side came there then she asked " dont u have cash"? And we said no no cash madam was so rude said u can go and withdraw that time of the night which is not safe at a ATM we said no we cant but decided to go she said our order will be waiting we got there ASAP mind u the wind was so strong i got out of the car left my crying kids in the car they were so hungry i went to the window and asked for my food 3 people said oh it is there we will fetch it now... Ive waited and waited and waited almost 40minutes again than the one came very rudely no we did not keep ur food!!! I asked her excuse me??i lost myself for a minute and asked to speak to the manager all of them ignored me no one had a name tagg on they walked up and down ignoring me asking numerous times for the manager!! We werent safe outside there were no security almost got stabed in the face by a beggar, in their parking lot he was leaning in the car then my kids father came to the side window because i went back and told my crying kids theres no food here and he lost it he went to the window and gave them a piece of his mind mind you they closed the window and make as if we were dilusional!!! IM SO DISSAPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME WEVE BEEN COMPLAINING A WHIL KFC HIGH STREET WORCESTER YOU HAVE FAILED US POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE STAFF AND GUES WHAT WE HAD NOTHING TO EAT LAST NIGHT OUR KIDS WAS DEPENDING ON YOUR BURGERS!!!!!!!
