I emailed and had no response
We bought the R129 ten piece special today being your Tuesday special x2 Apon arrival at home when we open to dish up each bucket only had 9 pieces. Now its too far to drive back and complain and aswell the airtime wasted to try contact the branch is not worth it. The pieces received being the thighs and butterfly pieces asell as wings where also very small in comparison to what is advertised. Please can you rectify this as we bought two specials and both where missing a piece. I think they are making this miscount with every order because one bucket missing a piece could explain it being an accident but both buckets are not a mistake. It's very disappointing and this is your sediba mall branch....KFC Hartebee****rt. Yours kindly

KFC Burnt Gravy
The most disappointing, the worst, ruined our entire meal… they just don’t care, why should they a multi billion organisation who don’t care about losing a 100, even 1000 customers. The gravy on the mash were burnt so badly, the smell the taste… everything is ruined… we decanted the mash & gravy with the mini loaf and added chicken… only to find the gravy was this awful! Horrific, and not the first time… so normally you don’t make much of it, and that’s the problem… we don’t address issues!
