*** service

I'm super ****ed off with GRASSY PARKS KFC AND SERVICE, I had to contact the call centre to find out where my order was and have been waiting since 9:57 for my delivery for it to have arrived close to 11am, it was promised to be here at 10:05, when I tried calling the branch they answer but dont talk on the phone I did this a few times. I then contacted the call center and they apologised and said my order is still at the store and the driver is there, the consultant then escalated the call and a few minutes after that it arrived.

Once i received this order it was ice cold dry and tasteless, I then called the call centre again and they said the store will contact me only for the manager to talk **** with me! I told him his service is PERTHETIC AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK, HE THEN WANTED TO PUT THE PHONE OFF AND I ASKED HIM WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN SO HE SAID THE CALL CENTRE will call me back to do the refund. Still waiting on a call to confirm the refund
