I am lodging a serious complaint regarding KFC Order #111482 from Grassy Park KFC

I am lodging a serious complaint regarding KFC Order #111482 from Grassy Park KFC. I placed my order at 19:26 and was only informed of cancellation at 20:27 — a full hour later — after being bounced between two different customer service agents who resolved nothing. This is completely unacceptable. You wasted my time, left me without a meal, and provided appalling service. Do NOT accept customer orders if you are incapable of fulfilling them. This level of incompetence is disappointing and unprofessional. I want to warn other customers about this experience. Do better better next time!!!
