Bad service
I am extremely disappointed with the service at KFC GrandWest. I placed an online order for collection, and the app indicated it would be ready at 2:45 pm. My son went to collect it, but he was completely ignored by the staff. Despite waiting for 45 minutes, no one acknowledged or assisted him. When he still hadn't returned, I went to see what was happening. He explained that no one was willing to help him. I eventually managed to get a staff member's attention, and after checking, she found that our order had been sitting on the counter the entire time. To make matters worse, we were not given the cold drink that was part of our order, and I had to go back to collect it. This level of customer service is unacceptable. An online order is meant to save time, not result in an hour-long wait because staff ignore customers. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the service at this branch.
