Terrible
I would like to share the extremely bad service I have received whilst ordering form this KFC through UBER eats. I was given damaged pieces and the roll was hard and unfresh. I have tried their customer care but nobody responds. Promised a call ,still waiting. Disgusting service

Kfc teribble service! Oweing me my money back and not returning it
Kfc glenwood next to the Macdonalds rigth next to the high way is terrible. I ordered 4 oreo crushers and i paid by card. The lady was busy making them and as she put the ice cream she realized there was no lids. She dissappeared for 10 mins looking for lids. Ice cream melted. After trying bigger lids on the small cups she said ey sorry i cant. So i asked for a refund. She called the manager and i stood and waited 10 mins for him to arrive and he wasnt helpfull just told me he cant return my money. Fair enoigh. I asked for my money back. He made me write down my details on a napkin with a pen that doesnt work. Its been 2 weeks now and i still dotn have my money back. And i want my money back. Kfc is useless and their management is terrible. Kfc wont be supported by me again. Terrible service. All i know abkut the manager is that his name is MKHIZE at the glenwood kfc next to Macdonalds. Kfc give my money back!! He promised me that i would receive my money back into my account in 1 to 2 days. Thats 2 weeks ago
