POOR SERVICE

Had the most unsatsifed service , I mistakanly bought Dunked Strips instead of wings , I realised and asked to swap them however they couldnt I was not disputing that but from how it was handled so dissapointed. Manager did not even bother to hear me out and just told me to escalate for refund they can not do it for the kiosk. I left the strips at the store I need my refund
