KFC Ghandi Square Poor Service from Lufuno

If I could rate the service 1star than I would. I received a pathetic service at KFC Ghandi Square from a lady by the name Lufuno. First they don't have name tags and secondly they are very rude. I ordered on the designated order stations and paid by card at the end it asked for my cellphone number of which I entered it and got a sms with my order number and link to my receipt. I waited and they called out my order number which is 1369 got there and showed her the sms on my cell phone. She said where is the receipt I showed her my phone and said here is the receipt. She said thats not a receipt and you where supposed to fetch it at the till. I told her that it said do I want to collect the receipt or enter my cell phone number for receipt to be smsed of which I did. She shouted me and said noooo it did not. She put my order away and continued to serve other customers. I asked for a manager Nondumiso and she said the same thing that her colleague said Lufuno. By the way no name tags and she asked for my order number I gave her and she gave me my food. I'm veryyyyyy disappointed in this level of service and have never experienced such I always order from Rosebank and Kenilworth KFC and have never been asked for a receipt. Fix your system train you staff please.
