Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Cold Cappuccinos at KFC Galeshewe

I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your KFC Galeshewe branch on the 3rd of May. It was a particularly cold morning, and I decided to purchase three cappuccinos. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the service was notably slow, and I had to wait an extended period before being attended to. When we finally received our order, to my surprise, the cappuccinos were served cold. Given the weather and the expectation of a warm beverage, this was extremely disappointing.

I immediately called the KFC customer care line to lodge a complaint regarding both the poor service and the cold cappuccinos. Despite being assured that my complaint would be addressed, it is now the 14th of May, and I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution regarding this matter.

I would appreciate it if you could kindly provide me with an update on my complaint and the steps being taken to address the poor service and product quality at the Galeshewe branch.
