BAD service from KFC Garankuwa Complex
I had a very bad and disappointing experience after a 40 kilometers drive to KFC Garankuwa the one next to the complex. I was in the drive through for about 20 minutes, when we ask what is the problem they said the meat is not yet ready at 19h30 (THEY ALWAYS SAY THE MEAT IS NOT READY) I came out from the drive thru went straight into the store. I had cash as the KFC order machine only takes card. I waited again for more than 25 minutes for someone to come and assist me. There was no cashier available everybody was at the back. The lady who was busy with drive thru even called out some cashiers to come and help but no one came to help. The way that KFC is so relaxed and unprofessional I had to go back to the car to get my phone just to take proof of the poor service I received. I went back again in the store still there was no one at the counter, no one was willing to help. I had to drive again from KFC Garankuwa Complex to another KFC at Heights another time was wasted. KFC GARANKUWA COMPLEX, doesn't take customers serious at all. I have proof of that. PLEASE DONT EVER BUY AT KFC GARANKUWA COMPLEX AS YOU WILL DEFINITELY RECEIVE BAD AND USELESS SERVICE....... Please use KFC at Height or Mabopane don't ever use or buy from that KFC. THE SERVICE LEVEL IS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD
