Non-existent customer service and non- existent drive thru

There should not be a drive thru at KFC Florida if the norm is that you need to order in under 20 seconds and park due to their timer running. I have escalated to KFC complaints twice this year and all we get told is they will escalate to the branch.

Situation 1 Order your food in under 20 seconds and then get told to park in front due to the timer running and your food will be brought to you.

Situation 2 If your order is not done within 20 seconds you get told to park and come in to order due to the timer running.

Situation 3 Due to the branch pushing a timer more than customer service you go home to find out that your order is wrong and have to drive back.

Situation 4 Call the call centre and complain, nothing happens. No wonder the McDonald's across the road is starting to get so much busier.

God forbid if a paraplegic person has to visit this drive thru and gets asked to park and order inside. Well Done KFC Florida on having the best running timer and the worst customer service.
