Very bad service

This KFC has probably got the worst service in South Africa. Saturday evening 30th of August between 11pm and 12am we stopped here to order food in the drive thru. KFC wasnt busy at all i must say. We waited about 20min in front of the queue. We tried calling the staff from our vehicle to just ask what was going on? They blatantly ignored us by looking us in the eye and not coming to the window to just explain why the food was taking so long. Customer that was behind us also climbed out of his vehicle to come and ask what was the problem whereby the staff members also ignored him. We decided to leave without our paid for food. This was really super bad service and that KFC will never see me again.
