No drivers but went there and all of a sudden there is bikes standing

I ordered kfc via the app, only when i check after an hour where the food is, app doesnt show anything i then check my messages and there whas the sms no drivers so order is cancelled what the hell!!!!!!!!! Now on this time i should drive in the cold with my newborn baby family!!!!! want an explanation why they say no drivers but there was like 4 motor bikes and 2 of them told me that they do not work for mr d or uber so what is this!!!!!!!!!!
