Poor Service Reflects Negatively on the KFC Brand
I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The staff member appeared to lack adequate training in customer care and was unable to handle the situation professionally. As a customer, I expect courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful service. Experiences like this can negatively impact the reputation of the KFC brand. I hope management will provide additional training and support to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Suspicious behaviour
The place is nice but not sure about activities that are happening there IAM not sure what happened to me but this lady wearing KFC uniform ask me to use my phone to complete a survey without hesitation I gave her the other one asking me if I need jalapeno I said no she took my package to the corner and brought back while the other lady busy with my phone and asking the other one on the counter is it working confused like that I took my phone on my way to the car my phone turned into safe mode of which never happened to it now as I am writing I received OTP from my bank account without touching it something fishy with that place
