Bad service and food quality, no name tags

Firstly all the staff does not have name tags I called for the manager who was in the shift at 15:08 25th December he said he is busy. Siphokazi who refused to give me her name i got it from the other cashier name Anathi whom she says she is new. We had 4 different orders one of them was at the self service maxhine and it was the 1st order. I requested my order because i see we ordered same meals but order 1942 was not coming out, i asked "Siphokazi" with no name tag to get my order and she started singing about the order and ignored me i asked again she said i must wait and gave me attitude. Aaked to tell her manager to come attend me i am in a hurry he did not come after we waited long for the meat. Quality standard or the meat is 0 and chips are stale
