Unhappy customer

I'm so annoyed with the service I received as I bought a family meal yesterday and I did receive the chips. I only received the meat, rolls and salads but no chips. I'm so disappointed as my family and I were looking forward to this meal. Not happy at all, I paid R172 including the ice cream I bought but the chips were missing. I want to know what happened to my chips since I paid for them and never received them.
