Unhappy customer

I am very disappointed with this restaurant specifically I went to KFC order an order that cost 345 family treat an mash and dunked wings on the side on the 35 of March 2026 around 4:30 pm i received my order around 5:20 I was already annoyed because of the time I waited took my order home mind you I only bought there because it was on way home its actually very far from were I stay when I got home to my surprise my order was missing zinger wings and I pack of coslaw I couldn't go back because it was late and raining on the day now I sent and email to their customer care line which they responded with an automated email on the 27th I got a call from some who said their from KFC now that person made feel like I was lying he said I should've called the store this would've been resolve because I was on the road he said he can't hear me properly he would call back to this day he didn't call only for me to receive an sms which they said they are closing the case as I am unreachable, not that I wanted them to give me food or anything just an apology because I know this if a human error i just want everyone to be vigilant when they receive their orders from KFC and I am sure that I am not the only one I will never buy from them specifically I am really disappointed with the service I received and the person that called was really unprofessional how do you ask me who was handing out orders as I was expecting to receive a short order KFC you can do better thank you
