Chicken outlet forgets to serve us chicken

So so disappointed with the order that I received. 24 March 2026 at 07:13 ordered a sweet chilli crunch master at the KFC Diepkloof. First asked if it will be available before I ordered and they said yes. Then after waiting, they told me that I'll have to wait for the chicken filled for an additional 10 minutes. Mind you, I am being late waiting here as I was going to work. After waiting. I get the order, when I get to work the box master is a dunked one, not sweet Chilli as I ordered. Then I find that there's no chicken fillet inside. Tell me what did I pay for?
