They ****** me of my fully paid meal!

On the 31st of December 2025 around 20h00 pm,I ordered a pay & collect meal tonight and my order went through and I paid from my banking app. When I got to KFC Denlyn Mall, a Pedi speaking middle aged guy turned me back and said they closed at 7pm and yet the doors are still open, he said if I cancel my order I will get my refund because they closed. When I got home, my order on the app said "collected at 20h51", which means someone collected my order without the order number!!!! Is this how you people work??? ***** and ***** and deceive??? Why is my order saying collected and yet I was turned back??? My money gone and someone in that store might have took my fully paid meal to take home!!! I am so mad and I am never buying at KFC Denlyn mall again!!! So unprofessional and very *****ulent what happened to me! I want my money back!!!! I won't dare eat anything that's coming from that store!!

The cameras saw me if they are even working, when I was turned back and a security guard came in asking if they are still open!!
