Very bad customer service - KFC Darwin Centre Kraaifontein
We ordered food online from the KFC Darwin Centre store in Kraaifontein on the 28 June 2026. The chicken was not prepared properly and was raw. It is was not up to standard, and was not an enjoyable meal for my family at all. I am very disappointed in the brand and the lack of which it was prepared. Definitely not a good buy and wasted my money. I am still waiting for Kfm customer care to make contact and offer me a better solution! After numerous attempts do call the call centre and email they haven’t even tried to reach out! Absolutely disgusting, I’ll be posting this on Facebook and all the other social media platforms

This has got to be the worst KFC, customer service sucks, service is poor, food is packaged like they were in a hurry, you have to ask for seasoning and tomato sauce, workers are unfriendly, don't know to say thank you, I buy from them a lot because I live around the corner but today was my last purchase, they can close down or please get new leadership
