Bad Food, Bad service!

this doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Went to KFC on Saturday night. after waiting in the queue for about 10 minutes we were told that we need to do an order on line. we placed the order. after waiting about 15 minutes we get told that there is not enough chicken pieces for our 15 piece bucket. so we get told its going to take about 10-15 minute. Then we get asked to go an get into the queue through the drive through. there we must have waited a good 15 minutes. So we get our food, dont check it because we are irritated...... we get home to feed everyone, the 15 piece bucket chicken is as dry as anything, the rest of our remaining order, namely pop, burgers, dunked wings are all ice cold. this is now about 8:45 on a saturday night. When laying the complaint, im told we should have taken the food back and gotten fresh food or a refund... after waiting for a good 45 minutes and starving, you are going to eat whatever you get given??? Its not my job to drive 10kms back to the kfc to exchange the food. So needless to say, its was an absolute embarrasment!
