Customer that received disrespect that is unexplainable

This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had at a KFC drive thru honestly we were the 2nd car in the drive thru, and it took almost 40min to receive my food and I think that is stupid if u want my honest opinion because I was in a Uber a charged double my ride now for these employees that honestly don't know how to do their job and don't even get me started on their services and respect because they can't greet for nothing and can't hear for nothing in the intercom either so I think these employees shouldn't even be here if they can't even control 2 or 3 customers and then cars after us gets served after waiting we waited parking in the parking like is it a ****** thing because I'm not done and won't only report on hello Peter
