Bad service at KFC Carlton Centre mall

KFC 🍗 Carlton Centre mall has very terrible service. Today I waited for 30 minutes on the ordering counter before I could be attended to. The staff is rude too.There was only 1 lady 👩 who was helping out with collections and orders. Very terrible service KFC CARLTON CENTRE
