Kfc Orders with Multiple Items Missing And They Dont Care To Fix It.
At Kfc Carletonville gateway Mall i ordered Fully Loaded Portuguese Prego Meal they did not put any mash and gravy or a piece of chicken in the meal and i had asked for the chicken patty not be hot spicy and had to wait for extra 20 mins for that and they still made it too spicy. On top of that I order a kiddies meal which came with no toy and no drink. I call the shop they told to come back all the way to the shop instead of them deliverying what I had paid for and what they failed to provide and when i call again the cut my calls. Absolutely atrocious customer service utter disregard for customer satisfaction. They just don't care.

Worst bad everyday service
What a bad service at kfc in gateway Carletonville always, you have to order at the kiosks and queue to collect as if you are in a funeral, it must close down cz wow , the collection system has been off for months now

Carletonville KFC they so pathetic I place an order they confirmed and I paid and given a time for delivery and I waited and on the time of expected delivery I was informed that my order was cancelled due to no driver how ridiculous are these guys that’s the service we get from them not that they concerned about it u just a number

WORST SERVICE EVERY, THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THEIR DOORS.
Order on drivethru on 19.04.26. JUST after 12 o clock . 4x dunked strips(1zinger,3normal, 4 dunked pops. Got told its going to take 7 minutes cause they dont keep those ... 15 min later i was told they dont have zinger strips i can either take normal or leave it. no refund option. I was told to pull out of drivethru to parking and wait again. i refused. Asked to speak to manager. e told me shes manager. Told her im not happy. She gave me attitude, pulled up shoulders ad walked away. Another 10 min i was given my bad of food. With attitude again. KFC in town foods and service great. KFC at the mall WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN. SCANNED URL ON SLIP, PUT MY NR AND RATING AND ASKED TO BE CALLED. NOTHING...
