TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I had one of the worst experiences ever at this KFC branch. The service was completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in assisting customers at all.
I asked for help more than once, and they blatantly ignored me — as if I wasn’t even there. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. It’s honestly shocking how little effort or basic courtesy the team at this branch shows.
KFC Icon Building really needs to retrain their staff or get a management team that actually cares about customer service, because this kind of experience completely ruins the KFC brand. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The chips were stale and soggy, and the entire meal looked like it had just been thrown together without any care.
I couldn’t even finish what I ordered. For a place that’s supposed to specialize in fried chicken, this was honestly embarrassing. It’s clear there’s zero quality control or pride in what they serve.
