Repeated Cancellation Of Orders

The first few times I ordered my orders did arrive ,however, as time went on, the restaurant would take my order and cancel the order after that, it even got to a point where my order arrived (the order was literally in my hand) and after giving the uber driver the pin, he then told me my order was cancelled by the restaurant and he took the order from me and left. There was also an instant where I had asked another person to order for me and the restaurant took the money, however I never got the order nor my money back. So I’d like to understand what’s the reason behind them constantly cancelling my orders, however, they are able to deliver for my work colleagues when they order from the restaurant. I am also more than happy to also provide you guys with the transactions.
