Bad bad service, no customar service, rude staff, unprofessional.
KFC BP Oakvlei, the one in groenvalei. This is the second time i came to the branch. My first time just as bad, wait for my food for 1h30. That time customars before waited so long that they start refunding their orders. But tonight place order 2441. After payment i only receive this slip with no nr on. Luckly i took picture of the number. I am now still waiting for the sms to come through. I was waiting for my order and later realise my nr is not on screen anymore. I went to the counter trying to get the attention of someone working behind the counter. But everyong ignore me. It took litery like 10 minutes. Just walking pass but told them what happen just did not care. They gave my order away, now its my probem . Explained couple of times what i order, but just careless. No comunication whats happening after told them how many times about my order. I totally lost it, ask them to call manager, just ignoring me. It took like 40min to get my order. And it was only 2xstreetwize2 pap and deserts. Desert was just so open no lids and do i carry this without holder. If this how your staff treat their customers, i dont know....
