Food not complete

It is very disappointing that I have to come on to Hello Peter to share my experience this time around with this KFC. This KFC has been around for a long time and as of the last year or so, I feel the service has been shocking.

This morning I went to KFC to place am order for sprinkle pops meal and 2 Dunked pops. Upon receiving my meal, I arrive home and see that I have plain pops in some mayonnaise and that's their Dunked pops served. Unacceptable. I pay for the service and it wasn't recieved.

I will further mention that 2/3 months ago, my partner experienced terrible food poisoning after eating a meal here.

We were trusted and loyal customers until that experience. Then we were hesitant to come back and we did but things like not competing the meal to a standard brought on by KFC, makes me reluctant to further support this branch.
