Outstanding R144.90 Refund – KFC Blue Downs

I am writing to follow up on an outstanding refund of R144.90 relating to a transaction at KFC Blue Downs.

I was advised that the refund would be processed, but I am still waiting for the money to reflect. I have been waiting for the refund and would appreciate an update on the current status of the payment.
