KFC - Non fresh fries and disregard to complaint

I originally ordered 2x Streetwise 2 and it was relayed that it could not be delivered but when I ordered 2x loaded cheese jalapenos fries the order went through and it was delivered. The fries was cold and not fresh and the portion size was small. I complained on the APP online and received a call from the call center and the agent showed no empathy. So disappointed with the result regarding my complaint.
