KFC Blue Downs – Still Waiting for My R144.90 Refund

I am extremely disappointed with the way KFC Blue Downs has handled my refund of R144.90.

I have been waiting for this refund and have already followed up, yet the matter still has not been resolved. What is frustrating is that I should not have to repeatedly chase a company for money that is rightfully owed to me.

I understand that refunds can take some time to process, but the lack of proper communication and resolution is unacceptable. I expect KFC Blue Downs to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with a clear update on exactly when my R144.90 refund will be paid.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me disappointed with the level of customer service received.

KFC, please resolve this matter and process my outstanding R144.90 refund as soon as possible.
