Complaint about Bluedowns KFC Kuils River

I bought 2x streetwise 2 and in both the meat was raw, in each 1 piece was well done and 1 that was raw, and we had to cook it again, and even the packaging of KFC was wet to show that it was raw it was like the meat was steamed. And I logged a complaint but they closed it saying they don't reach me, but they requested pictures and the slip, then when I resend today it say thier mailbox is full. What can I do.
