Urgent Concern Regarding Management Conduct and KFC

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of a manager at your Blackheath branch on Beyers Naudé Drive, Johannesburg. As a customer, I witnessed a deeply troubling incident in which the manager—who I understand is of Zimbabwean nationality—was verbally abusing staff in front of customers. I personally felt compelled to intervene due to the level of mistreatment I observed.

It is deeply shocking and disheartening to witness such behavior in a professional setting. The working environment at this branch appears to be toxic, with this manager allegedly using her position of authority to intimidate and mistreat her ****orkers. Such conduct is not only damaging to the morale of staff but also undermines the reputation of your establishment. When I reached out to KFC they didn't show any care and no action has been taken against the Zimbabwean manager in question, and no one has contacted me to hear my side of the story. This lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing and I doubt the manager in question even has proper documents for bing in this coutry yet sh treats our brothers and sisters with so much hate.
