Poor service

Poor service and arrogance, they cancelled my delivery order without communication to offer an option to collect. I haven't got my refund for that order till today, talk about 7-14 days waiting period for refund while I paid immediately for my order. Mind you, I order around 10:30am. Kfc blackheath to be specific.
