I really don't understand why every time I come to buy ice-cream with my family

I really don't understand why every time I come to buy ice-cream with my family. The ice-cream is wet.. I come during the day..during the evening. "Ice-cream is wet" "we have milk shake"..I don't want milk shake. My daughter wants ice cream
