New favourite fast food spot
KFC is now giving a lot fast food places run for their money. From burgers and wraps I have had at this store, perfect quality. Customer service always great (not just to me but to other customers I have seen)

ZERO TIME MANAGEMENT. ZERO CUSTOMER CARE
KFC AKASIA and their worst service and customer service??!! There’s ALWAYS something with that place. I went there at 06:55 after being told they’ll be open at 7:am . Stayed in my car as I waited since it was cold . Got out at 7:02 and they refused to open. I asked if I could wait inside, the security said he can’t because they are telling him they are only getting the meat ready now. Like??? How are you expecting to serve breakfast if you’re only getting the meat ready by the time you’re supposed to be opened??? Went back to my car, and tried to be patient. Guess what?? At 7:20 they were still not opened and I decided to leave since I was rushing for my exam. I’m SO ****ed!!! Wasted my time & ZERO remorse. Should’ve stuck to my gut and just went to McDonalds because this is ALWAYS THE CASE WITH KFC AKASIA (not the one in the mall, the one OUTSIDE) !!!!!
