KFC phoenix constantly giving out short change
This store is constantly giving short change , now and then is understandable , its not even about that 30 cents or so its about PRINCIPLE. its just getting bad to worse and there is no policing of this industry. Its actually disrespectful that you stand there waiting for what's yours while the so called cashier packs other people's orders while the manager goes to do me a favor and get the 30 cents. Its absolutely pathetic to a point I would stop coming to this outlet.

Rubbery chips and oily chicken
I purchased a family fiesta from KFC, BROOKDALE, PHOENIX on Sunday. When I got home and opened it. The chips was dry and rubbery. The chicken was oily and the size was that of a bird. I contacted the call center and complained. I was told that I will be contacted by someone from the store. It's been 3days and still waiting for that call. Now I know why people complain so much about KFC. Their customer service is pathetic. Kfc you are not giving us the stuff for free, we are paying with our hard earned money only to be disappointed with your food stuff. At least have the decency to reply. Kfc is getting more and more terrible by the day. I will never support them again. Very bad service and pathetic food stuff.

Rubbery chips and oily chicken
I purchased a family fiesta from KFC, BROOKDALE, PHOENIX on Sunday. When I got home and opened it. The chips was dry and rubbery. The chicken was oily and the size was that of a bird. I contacted the call center and complained. I was told that I will be contacted by someone from the store. It's been 3days and still waiting for that call. They Accessed my bank account and charged me twice for one purchase and thereafter once I provided them with the relevant information they stopped all correspondence and investigation to provide with a refund, sashen, sharika and thobeka all the people I have been in contact with... this happened at KFC 2 Parthenon St, Starwood, Phoenix , A BUNCH OF ****S
