Worst Service Ever

<p>I have never experienced such bad service in my life. I moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 30th of August. They had to come collect my stuff that morning 08:30. By 09:00 when they have not arrived I called Pieter, the person who I had to deal with. He informed me that all the trucks has already gone out and is not back yet so they will be late. They will only be there at 10:00. We were planning on leaving 11:00 as we were driving to Cape Town as well and were sleeping over at a Guesthouse 7 hours away where you need to book in at a spesific time. I told him this is unacceptable as he didn't let me know about this. I had to call him to find out. They arrived at 09:30. An hour late. With a bakkie and trailer. They loaded mt two bedroom townhouse onto a bakkie and trailer. With the ropes they damaged my leather beds. They took 2 and a half hours to get it done. </p> <p>The arrangement was that the truck takes 2 days. They picked up the stuff on the 30th of August the morning and was suppose to deliver 1 September. On the 1st of September we called them to find out where they are. The truck driver then informed me he had another ****m to go. That means he will only be there at 20:00 the evening. On the 2nd of September 09:00 they came to deliver. When they opened the truck it wasn't our stuff. Our stuff was way at the back, which meant that they had to deliver the other peoples stuff first. They said give us 4 hours as it is only 2 other houses to be delivered. That means by 14:00 we would have our stuff. At 18:00 that night they arrived at our place. We had to carry most of the stuff off the truck as the 3 men that was supposed to do it was so slow it would take them the entire night.</p> <p>While we were waiting I was calling Pieter. There were times where he actaully shouted at me, where my fiancé took the phone and told him you do not speak to a lady or a client for that matter like that. He refused to put me through to managers. Him and the guy that works at reception just drops the call in your ear. I have still not gotten their insurance details as my furniture is damage. Really bad. After they got paid they ignore your calls. Sometimes their phone is off.</p> <p>I will never in my life recommend these people, not even to my worst enemy.</p>
