KeyZone is not to be trusted

I am extremely disappointed. Last year October I purchased the package from them. The service till then was good. But after it was dreadful. I had problems in loading the key code, onto a newly purchased laptop. I have called the store number as per the invoice numerous times. It's goes to VM, there is no other form of contact. I emailed them they advised I need to WhatsApp them. I have done that but it takes days to get a one response, then you wait again for days for the next response.

This service is terrible. I am sitting with exams and assignments that are due, I have paid for something that I cannot use at this point. The frustration in dealing with the company has really just grown. I will not advise anyone to use them as their services are terrible
