Terrible Service

I am utterly disappointed at the terrible service we received from one of your agents, Amo Mohajane.

We had a viewing appointment for a vacant stand in Thornbrook on Tuesday the 26th March 2019. We got there, waited and waited eventually decided to call him and he said he was there and left because he thought the appointment was earlier than what we had agreed and he couldn't call because he didn't sace my number.

We rescheduled for Thursday the 28th, just before the appointment I decided to call him again, and he canceled on us again saying he was with another client in Pretoria and he was running late, requested us to reschedule again.

Like a fool, I agreed again, we spoke via text during the day and confirmed that we will meet today at 16h30. And, he lived up to his great record ofcourse, and did not pitch again, and this time didn't even bother to answer nor return my calls. Ended up having to call some of his colleagues whose contacts I had found on your page, they too couldn't get a hold of him.

This does not seem like someone who is customer oriented, or one who takes his job seriously. The total waste of our time and petrol for 3 days, shows how inconsiderate he is. I am very disappointed at the kind of service you offer your prospective customers. You will not gain a good reputation when you have such employees representing your company.
