Firstly the owner and her daughter only cares about money and how they can get more from innocent people. You sign a contract with all the fees (etx key deposit) but then 2 months later you will see there are some other stupid fees added on your statement WHICH YOUR AGENT WAS SUPPOSE TO DISCUSS WITH YOU!!!!! They don't care when you have problems with your electricity box (which didn't work from day one), they don't care about your safety THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. They never come back to you when you communicate with you. They don't do after inspections with you and then they stipulate things are broken which you didn't even had. Saying in my inspection list i must replaced BLINDS, but there was NEVER blinds from day one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They keep your security deposit for now reason. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will make a summons against you for extremely high amounts and will all kinds of stories in court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME PEOPLE, IT HAPPENED WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
