Disappointed client

Worst experience ever. My husband I purchased a property through Keyworx Pretoria. The estate agent was fine in the beginning; he would keep us updated regarding the sale of the property. AFTER the home loan APPROVAL, he became so unprofessional and stopped communicating, when we call him, the phone would be off. We never received any update regarding the property or the renovations made on the property. The property registration took a longer timer than expected and Keyworx was informed but they never even bothered to let us know what was the hold up. When the process to register the property, the bank lawyers would call him and till not find him. Our Property was registered in February, we called them wanting to know when will we receive the keys and still to date we have never received a response from them. We had to get the keys at the caretaker of the property. We have not even received a congratulatory message from them. Keyworx only care about receiving money but they don’t care about the clients. We bought a property through an estate agency but it was as if we were alone. They never cared. The manager did not even call us back as they promised. I am so disappointed as a first time home buyer.
