Do not rent or buy anything through this company they will take your money and fail to maintain the property and add on hidden charges in conflict with the initial agreement BEWARE especially of the agents at the Pretoria North Branch

04 Jul 2024, 13:59Subsequent to my report on this website I was contacted by the CEO Ms. Anna Barker who told me that her employee Ms. Trish Hofmeyr is acting in her private capacity by renting out property , the problem is all of Ms Hofmeyrs correspondence with me contain the letterhead of Keyworx Properties and not from a private email address , Ms. Barker promptly put down the phone in my ear when I confronted her with this fact , I repeat don't do business with this company

04 Jul 2024, 14:02Whether in private capacity or in the name of Keyworx , the landlady is expected to know the law surrounding rental and sales of real estate , she is in clear violation of the Rental Housing Act but the company refuses to accept accountability and remedy the situation.
