Untruthful owner of unregistered online school

My daughter was with this online school for gr12 for this year. She did term 1 and 2 and the owner said he is a registered school with Umalusi. By the end of term 2 i emailed umalusi and sacai to check if the school is registered and Keith from sacai said its not on their list and umalusi said its not on their list either, so i was very stressed and asked Keith at sacai to advise me. He said i can change her to a school that is registered and although registeration was closed but he will accept it if i find institute thats registered so i did and i had to pay R9000 for regiteration fee now she is able to write her pre lim exam now as well as her finals. My problem is they need my daughters portfolio from Stephen from keystone education however from the beginning of this term i am requesting it and said he will send it now he doesnt respond to messages. My child is highly stressed because if i dont give sacai the portfolio then she has to redo all of term 1 and 2 assessments and tests again. I am so desperately seeking your help here please. All i want is mychilds portfolio which keystone has they just need to email it. Please help me.
