Keysers false business practices
Bought a canon 40mm F2.8 from Keysers, I stay in Gordons Bay and chose the overnight delivery option which I paid R250 for expecting I would receive the lens the next day. Low and behold between them lying and using normal store to door delivery for R99 yet charging for Express and useless Amarex not delivering, I am now not going to give my wife te lens for her birthday.
I will never do business with thieving Keysers or useless Amarex again.
pathetic, you should be ashamed of yourself.

We're sorry to hear about your terrible experience. We on the other hand don't offer an overnight courier option, due to third-party courier companies handling our deliveries, and delivery times are out of our control. We do however offer a fully insured, door-to-door option at R250, but again, it's not an overnight option.
Also, during July 2020 when your order was placed we have a tremendous amount of clients having to wait even longer than normal, due to COVID-19 essential service parcels taking priority with courier companies.
