Sceptical but proven true

I admit, I definitely thought I had made a big mistake after paying this company for my Microsoft office download, when I tried to download it and things just went all wrong and I couldn't get it right. But I was assisted continually with help and understanding, even getting remote assistance at 8pm to get my download to work and then it did! It's funny how it's become the norm to get ****med these days and then you get someone who is so consistent to show you that they willing to help to do right by you, and that's the hard part to believe - but it was. Really appreciated it.
