Keys At Cost - EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I bought a Microsoft Sofware package from this company in 2019, which at that time operated under a different name. I changed my laptop in January 2023!, and was unable to access my Microsoft documents after this. Thankfully I had saved the details of the purchase and contact and sent a message to this effect late in the afternoon. Unbelievably, the next morning, this gentleman called me for details. He advised that he had subsequently sold the company but he would call the person who bought it, to see what he could do. On the same day, that gent mailed me, then called me and virtually, assisted me to re-do my link so I was able to utilise my Microsoft documents literally, within minutes. I am blow away by the exceptional service all the way down the line. After nearly four years, there was no debate, no excuses, just action. In this day and age, in this country, this is Service Excellence, at its very best. I recommend this company 100%.
