Misrepresentation & theft

I signed up for a service and was told I would have an expert walk me through it. The said expert after encouraging me to set up a loss. The \expert"told me to put a large amount of money on a losing trade promising that I would not lose my money even if the trade was bad as I was using a service that hedged clients' risk. Lo and behold I see a statement with a loss of the large amount. Key Option then gave me a bonus amount equalling what I had lost. The irony being that my initial investment was gone and I now had to make 800% of the value of the bonus amount before being able to withdraw my initial investment. When I queried all of this my account was suspended. I had a customer service rep tell me to mind my p's and q's when I irate told.them what I thought of them. No one is responding to my emails and it is not okay. """
