How the hell did you gain access to my account.

An amount of R115.00 was debited from account in December and yesterday I got a notification stating that the same amount will be debited this month "Your Usizo" I never asked anyone for Usizo(HELP) and why should I pay for it this is not the first time this has happen , I am not HAPPY! I want my money back. I have been calling ********** as stated on the sms but no answer.

FNB how did these people gain access to my account???
